The PA-NEDSS system is scheduled for maintenance and will be unavailable between 8:00 PM on Friday, July 17, 2026, and 5:00 PM on Saturday, July 18, 2026. All services will be shut down during this time, so all electronic reporting and activity being conducted in PA-NEDSS must be completed prior to 8:00 PM.

Please call PA DOH at 877-PA HEALTH to report immediately reportable conditions during this time.

Please note that the planned maintenance also includes changing the web application URL to https://nedss.health.pa.gov/nedss. A temporary redirect will be implemented for your convenience, but we strongly recommend switching to use the new URL on Saturday, July 18, 2026.

Communication via email will be sent when maintenance is completed and the system is back online and available.
